Mystery wandered into our lives a few years ago. We don’t know where he came from, but once he got here, he stayed. He considered his neutering surgery a gift of love and rarely left the “garden” after he came home from the animal hospital. He guarded our house, and most importantly, he guarded our Robin.
She fell in love with him and cared for him through many illnesses in the last couple of years. They worked together to keep his body and her heart in one piece. He had FIV and received attentive veterinary care to help him fight infections. He had a good life here with us, mostly in the “garden” but recently, he spent more and more time in the house. His last illness was rough on him, and he suffered from the effects of it.
Tonight, he cried out in pain for the last time.
Farewell, guard cat. Please, stay near our Robin. She needs a guardian angel as strong and beautiful as you.
So sorry about Mystery. Robin truly gave him the best of everything. He had a place to call home and medical care when he needed it and a peaceful end when he needed that. We thank her for being so generous. Comforting purrrrrrrrrrrrrrs to all of you.

Awwww Auntie Robin, Chessie, Meggie, & family, Mom and I are so sorry to hear of Mystery’s passing. Auntie Robin- mewz love and devotion to mewz kits is evident in all mew do to give them a good, loving, healthy life and home. There are many people who turn their backs on these kitties, but mew see them as who they are- no different than a kitty someone might adopt from a shelter or breeder. Mew are a true cat soul mate, mew see all cats lives as worthy and I know Mystery will always love mew for that as many others do.
This Catmas held a little sadness for us too, as it is our first Catmas without my sister Černy who went to the Bridge in July, after a sudden onset of malignant cancer. We miss her sweet, funny, inquisitive and inventive nature. I know she is watching over us as our angel, just as Mystery is for all of mew. I hope mewz Catmas day is a peaceful and loving one, and mew know Mystery is there with mew in spirit. Much love and purrs my dear furiends. <3<3<3

Robin, thank you for all you do to help cats in need. I am glad Mystery had time with you to be loved and cared for. I lost two of my special kitties this Fall, and the holidays will be a little sadder this year without their sweet faces nuzzling me in the morning.
